I'm happy. A decent deal for £400,000.

Good signing - we're getting a decent midfield together now.
Whenever we played Millwalll he was always a thorn in our side.
I'm glad we've got him

Quite frankly stunned and a little bit amazed.Boggersbelief wrote:What do you think about that then breadbin?
And confused.
Good luck to him and I hope he does well.
Just a shame he's not a natural left back........

Seems like it was pure speculation based on Pulis having enquired about him when at Stoke.

I don't. Rumour is Dougie has enquired about a shedload of LBs and nobody wants to talk so he may turn his attention to getting (another) RB and play Baps on the left. Apparently there are no LB options left for Dougie to explore.
My view is that if he's stuck with having to do that, spend the money elsewhere and give White a run at RB.

A mate has just sent me a text with the info and he is pretty spot on when it comes to club matters. I haven't heard it from any other source though.

He sounds quite promising for us then and just 25 years of age as well, he has netted Millwall around 20 goals too.
I don't really know much about him but from the comments so far I'm quite pleased.

Palace close to signing Will Buckley I think RT. Don't think they'll need Chung

Play off push is back on as far as I'm concerned.

I think that's asking a bit much- but certainly going for a respectable mid table position. He's clearly rebuilding a younger and healthier squad for a more realistic push next season.

We won't get dawson mate, wigan are now red hot favourites to land him. Apparently SSN is reporting Dougie has given up on a left back altogether. He's looking for a right back with Baptiste to move over to LB.Boggersbelief wrote:bwfc1874 wrote:Play off push is back on as far as I'm concerned.

If they're right it's just one more proof (as if any were needed) that we are toothless in the market and DF also has no clue what to do if his plan A doesn't come off. No McNaughton, probably no Dawson and if reports are to be believed Mason's also out of the picture. While the last might not be a bad thing we still seem to be letting Cravies out on loan and now we only have Jutkiewicz as a fit striker and he isn't even our player.
The way dougie seems to have approached this window makes no sense to me,

I don't think chungy will go. It wouldn't bother me if we sold him though. I think chungy is more suited to the premiership than the championship.

Doug's plan is obviously to play a 2-7-1 formation, with the midfield bombing up and down to cover both attacking and defensive duties.
The man's a tactical genius, obviously......
