McNaughton and Dawson would be superb signings. We just need to shift Baptiste to central defence and sign a half decent left back. Sorted!Boggersbelief wrote:Are. I think we could do better than McNaughton anyway as he's been really shown up for lack of pace in the prem games he's started.
Dawson I'll believe when I see it.

If somehow DF pulls off Dawson, things will get better. If we get McNaughton and Dawson, we will start winning again. If we get McNaughton, Dawson and Feeney, I would not be disappointed. Hey, I'm not asking for Messi!Culcheth_White wrote:McNaughton and Dawson would be superb signings. We just need to shift Baptiste to central defence and sign a half decent left back. He isn't going to get a 1st team game for a long time going by what dopey Doug said about him. Begs the question of what it takes to prove yourself in order to get a chance with him at the helm. Then if are luckly enough to get the chance and play well fat chance of keeping a place in the team.

Accord to the stats, Bajnar has played 43 times for the Borussia Dortmund second team and scored nine goals. He had a loan spell at West Ham in 2008 but didn't make the grade.

Apparently, the French born winger we have on trial is a left winger called Abdoul Camara. Dougie is trying to raise some funds to buy him.

Why would any player of any calibre come to us ffs , get a grip people. We are in the relegation zone of the Championship and in a couple of weeks will have to fight like fuck to stay in the division. Would you get yourself involved in that shite with that tit in charge , not a fucking chance.

Ye better off giving up and not trying to sign anybody then, makes far more sense. Cheers Tigermin, can always rely on you for some well thought out wisdom.

Well, according to Nixon. Wigan want to sign Craig Dawson on loan, so we better act sharpish on that one as well.

We might have two loan players in for the QPR game if Ngog signs for Swansea.

Rammy, have a look at the 2 signings before QPR thread posted by Biggie. Dougie talks about the possibility.

OK RT - I missed that thread! It's looking promising. There's light on the horizon

I don't think our position matters too much when targeting loan players - if a player just wants to play football for a few months then BWFC is as good as anywhere.

surely Dawsons previous experience here would give us an edge if anything.
(unless of course he hated it here)

There is a reason Dawson can't get into West Brom's team .... not good enough. All I'm saying is don't bet the farm on him. Last season his coming coincided with our good run .... because of him...not sure about that one. Our midfield and up front are the problem IMO.

You're right about why he's not getting into West Brom's first team, but that means very little really. It's to be expected that a half decent premier league squad has better players than our first team.

Can't see Dougie giving any loanees a game at QPR - he usually makes them train with the squad for a month before he risks them.
