You were in the army - I get that.

It's Remembrance Sunday and you've obviously been at some do today which involved alcohol consumption - no harm in that.

But you started ranting earlier (out of the blue and totally unprovoked) and banging on about me "being a knob" and "not knowing what you'd done" and then said that "the joke" was on me.

Whatever it is that you're obviously carrying with you is obviously weighing heavy on your heart and I respect that - really, I do.
