I went all veggie tonight. Roasted parsnips, 2 poached eggs and salad. I didn't really miss the meat tbh

I can honestly say I have never ever considered that combination before. I like my parsnips with a Sunday roast and poached eggs and salad just don't sit right with me, either with or without the parsnips.

The items all needed eating so it was a very random tea. My arse has stunk all day so maybe the parsnip and egg combo doesn't sit well on the old stomach.
