Nigel Adkins seen in a restaurant (Nicks) on Chorley Old Rd.
Strange for him to come up here.

I heard he was seen in Nicks in Westhoughton!
There are many reasons as to why he could be up here - I know he is friends with a certain Sky Sports reporter who lives in Bolton! (just remembered - Iain Dowie)

Indeed. Tony " Gazza " Crompton aka The Megaphone. I know him. Talks a lot of shite. Reckons he has the ears of the bosses at Wanderers but nine times out of ten it's all bullshit. Oh and for what it's worth... he's a cnut in real life as well.

Especially when he could have eaten at Angelos instead.

A board meeting on a Sunday??
I think he will be gone, if we lose to Fulham definitely.

Has to be, really, doesn't it especially as Eddie lives on Isle of Man, during the week and only, supposedly, comes over to watch the Bolton games!

Will those who think DF is getting sacked tomorrow, yes this time for sure, really, there's a meeting and he's being sacked tomorrow please shut the hell up!
In my humble opinion based on what we've seen so far this term and from the deafening silence from those above Dougie it's clear that by now it should be obvious to even the most myopic of idiots that DF will NOT be sacked no matter how much he deserves or needs to be. PG and ED are clearly happy with the way things are and unless he actually gets us relegated he's gonna get a new deal. I hate it, think it sucks big time but it's still how I see it from the evidence in front of us all.

My best guess is that the club is some sort of tax write off for Eddie. Companies do deliberately own losing investments for that reason. Obviously he doesn't care what happens on the field.....why would you put up with if your owned this lot?

He's going nowhere and he knows it. I suspect he would like to be sacked but it won't happen. Sounds outlandish but the powers that be will accept relegation as the worst case scenario and sort the ramifications out later.
We are well and truly fucked and only ten games in!!!
