It's quiet. Too quiet. Summats amiss.
Just noticed Bread's lost the fedora and joined the third reich. Must be a Wogdin thing.
Should have known something was up when he annexed Swinton.
Will mention it to the mods tomorrow.
Mark my words,I've got your number Wolfgang!

I think we've been compromised and the mission has been aborted.
See you at the rendezvous point tomorrow.
Every be-wigged light entertainer for himself!
It was a good game, (good game) while it lasted but I liked it only a bit, not a lot.
(Richard Burton was never a Nazi, for the record. He was under-cover.)

I've lost the code book.
But I never trusted Burton.
Looked a bit shifty to me.

Up until 2am sorting out a blocked bathroom sink. In the end a good old fashioned plunger did the job.
Took nearly an hour though.
I'd normally use caustic soda and boiling water, but we have plastic pipes now,so it wouldn't be the best idea.
Anyone know what the best commercial alternatives are?

We get this quite a lot because the feckless prick I hired to fit our kitchen a few years ago used the wrong sort of trap, so we get stuff building up over time.
I've tried a few and found this one to be the best:
It's about a fiver a bottle.

Cheers Bread.
I'm told 'One Shot' is pretty good, but it's supposed to be a bit fierce, and has a few H&S hazards.
I'll get some Mr Muscle in. I'll be ready next time. Ta.

Have you not thought about saving yourself the hassle of using mr muscle every time and replacing the trap for a better one?Breadman wrote:We get this quite a lot because the feckless prick I hired to fit our kitchen a few years ago used the wrong sort of trap, so we get stuff building up over time.

We tried this for our shower as the water in the drain has started backing up but hasn't touched it, currently on baths atm which is a right pain in the arse!

I once fitted a new radiator in our bedroom, fucked it up royally by over tightening the nut, ruined the carpet, rotted the floorboards and left us with a damp patch all down inside of the front wall in our living room.
Total cost to sort - about 1200 quid.
I am not allowed to do any DIY involving water anymore.
And I'm not paying some bloke to come in and laugh at me because I'm not capable of swapping a sink trap.
So we'll carry on with the Mr Muscle for now, thankyou.......
