I have to say that's a pretty random number of points. Seems like the EFL are making it up as they go along. Surely it would be better for everybody to have a clearly defined set of penalties so that all clubs know what they are facing?

EFL were pushing for 12 points. Would be interesting to know what mitigated their punishment.

Thoroughly enjoyed the England game. Two 18 year olds playing in a very young team and with the exception of Dier who was a liability, they played with pace, pressure and considerable skill - a really good watch. Currently ranked 5th in the world and probably just about deserve it, but the fact that they are so young, with so many options and players coming through suggests they could go higher.
Can understand why Henderson is rated so highly - he was immense.

League 1 is amazing this year. After today's games there are only 6 points between 12th and 22nd. Absolutely anyone's guess who will get relegated.
