Midfield's shit as well. Freedman bought both Medo and Spearing, we won't ever be promoted with that as a first choice central midfield.

They're not "shit" they're just not creative mids, they're ball winners.

ideally you'd like someone in front of them who can collect the ball and turn.

We've been well in most games, even against Blackburn after gifting them two goals we could have equalised and it would be a different game. Instead they scored a fantastic goal that 9 times out of 10 doesn't get deflected and flies over the bar. That killed the game really. 

As Freedman says there are still positives to take.

Do me a favour Medo would walk into any championship side, Spearing probably would too. Except maybe QPR.

As Hipster says they're ball winning midfielders and that's what they're good at, win the ball and lay it off to a more creative type.

My worry is that they are too similar to play as a pair, that may be something that needs addressing.

I agree. I think Moritz may turn out to be the midfield kingpin.
