Depends. If you're going for worst value for money it's a toss up between Sean Davis, Ngog, Elmander and Stuart Holden. Sean Davis probably wins.
But worst player ever in terms of ability is Nigel Jemson. Came on loan and was absolutely shocking. Even worse than Ngog.
