Seems the Labour Party is imploding

Hilary Benn tells Corbyn he has no confidence in him as a leader of the Labour Party - and is sacked.

Two others from the Labour front bench have since resigned.

Others also expected to do so.



British political party's all in turmoil!

Should be fun to watch though.

They've been imploding for quite a while now.

He's a pretty useless leader but it does seem that he's got an iron fist.

Corbyn is a complete hypocrite and a totally useless leader.

His "campaign" was patheic and dishonest.* I am sure he actually wanted a Brexit vote which would be consistent with his previously held opinion. As for expecting his MPs to toe the party line that is pretty hilarious coming from somebody who virtually never followed the party whip himself.

A further two from Labour's front bench have also resigned.

Grass roots supporters won't take this lying down. My own MP,Helen Jones,is about to get an earful.

Although I'm not Labour, I think its regrettable that they have decided to pull themselves apart at such a time, especially as the experts believe he will survive and remain as leader. I can understand Cameron going, (although he should have steadied the ship before doing so), but there is no logical reason for Labour to do this. There is a political advantage to be made, (as well as showing Europe its not all chaos), instead they shoot themselves in the foot, whilst further alienating their party members.

The MP's have never wanted him. They'll beat him with any stick they can find.

Maybe that should be taken as a good sign, because it sure as hell ain't working for them at the moment.

Boris is suffering too. His own party will scupper any chance he had of becoming leader.

He's dead in the water.

Like Labour, its the MP's who don't want him, although he's still hugely popular with the party members. Although I like him, I think he will miss out on being PM.

This has been the ST plot all along, with everything unraveling all around soon the BWFCST will be the premier British party and Eddie Davies will be Prime Minister initially but President within the year.

It's going to be difficult getting less votes than we normally do in the Eurovision Song Contest, that's for sure.

No you won't be able to get parts for your Mercedes as we'll all be forced to drive Triumph Herald's and all have the same haircut as Boris Johnson.

 There was no time to steady the ship, he has done the right thing.

The House of Commons recess starts on the 21st July, they need to move quickly to get the new leader in place sometime in September.
