And i told you to buy something that will INCREASE in value. Classic fords are going to be big money items soon. Mk1 and 2 escorts (particularly the mexico) fetch upwards of 20k. Capris are the next big thing for people to collect. Rather something cool like that than a midlife crisis penis extension

For all you know the car may be a cut and shunt having been written off. If it was repaired properly with a garage with a jig then it should be okay. If possible I would like to have the car examined by a mechanic before making the purchase. It's a lot of money to shell out and then discover it's a death trap.

I've always wanted a silly car ... Never quite got round to it though. 

Toyed with the idea of buying a Subaru Impreza once when I bought my current car (the new hatchback style one) but decided against it and got a white Audi S3 instead. Its decent enough and still makes me giggle a bit when I drop a gear and plant my right foot  

I really want to get an old-school Hot-Hatch if im honest for Sunday blasting, Like a Nova Gsi or mk1 Golf but they are like ricking horse shit nowadays and id be terrified of damaging it after id spent money on getting it looking nice!
