Rhodes is lovely. I have been twice. The first time I stayed in Ixia just outside Rhodes Town and the second time in Lindos.

If you are looking for totty then Faliraki is where the action is.

Don't dismiss Lake Como. My uncle Perry had many magic moments over there.

Soll, in Austria, is a nice small town - close to Kufstein and about an hours train journey away from Munich. Been there so many times in both winter and summer. Winter, for the skiing, summer for the walks around the mountains - plus lots of things to see within a 30 minutes drive away.



Another place has to be anywhere along the Rhine valley - very picturesque and more importantly numerous microbreweries to sample the local beers....



Not been, but have been told that Bulgaria is a gorgeous country to visit and bloody cheap, as well as Poland (just don't go during the Euro's!!!)

I've been to Cyprus, Turkey, Spain, France, Italy and Holland.

Went here last year and best holiday ever.

It looks like a nice hotel. Were the natives friendly ?

I heartily recommend Zante.

I've never really explored Europe that widely tbh. Been to Scandinavia a few times though and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Switzerland is my favourite place.
