Dinner - Part 3

Roasted chicken legs (not sure who's yet! ), roast potatoes and salad this evening with Thai sweet chili dip!

What is everyone else on this evening?

Been flat out with a banging headache since 12. Just having a mug of tea and a lemon curd butty for now. Probably be a pizza later.
And I didn't touch a drop last night. Apart from 6 pints of Guinness.

Fried up sprouts, mushrooms and leeks with a cheese sauce by the looks of things. At first glance I thought it was a new pan cleaner and brillo pad, but alas… I married a veggie… good as gold but a shit cook.

Been away for a bit, eating local stuff which was largely veg prepared in various inventive ways involving olive oil with a bit of chicken lobbed in as an after thought - all very nice and we really enjoyed it, but.......

Arrived home at 03:30, traipsed round Ringway Jet Park Two for half an hour until we found the car, drove home, went to bed and slept for a bit, before waking up at half eleven this morning and thinking "Pie!.........With meat & potatoes!"

So we went and bought some.

You've got The Manhattan cocktail, we've got the humble tater pie.

With mushy peas.

Not long now, mate.......
