I've noticed we have a number of posters that use "nah" a lot.
The only time I ever hear people say "nah" in a real conversation is in response to an offer or suggestion to do something.
"Shall we have steak and chips for tea?"
"Nah, I fancy fish!"
But you see a lot of people on the internet just using it instead of "no", regardless of the conversation.
"Mavies is the best player on our books."
"Nah he's a one good game in ten crock."
It's a unique one because usually with internet expressions, people use them because they're quicker and easier to write than what they actually mean, and "nah" is in fact a longer word than "no".
Which internet expressions get on your tits?
