i'd love to see nolan back, but 50k a week wages is obviously out of the question.  if it is on loan and we are only going to pay a portion of it then fair enough.  he still has 12 months on his contract left

Neil as no relationship with Nobby as far as I know. So why would Neil even consider him back. I think this is more of a fan idea myself.

If I was NL id be doing whatever I could to bring CYL back on loan. Not a chance he's in Pardews first team plans after them signing Cabaye and Sako. He's not getting past Zaha or Bolasie either. Or even puncheon
