How's the best 11 looking going into the new season?

I will be honest with you, my passion and interest in Bolton has been in a steady decline in recent years, there is no excitement with Bolton right now, the huge debt, no players that excite the fans, no money to buy anyone with, it is just free transfers and loans nowadays.
Going into the new season I couldn't even name most of the Bolton team. Is the team in bad shape? I mean David Wheater, Tim Ream, Spearing, Mark Davies, Pratley, Vela, Clough are all still at the club and are surely all decent players at this level. Can't say I know any of the signings made this summer.
So how is the season looking? On Betfair I saw that Bolton were 70/1 in the week to win the league, is that fair? 

Thoughts on the season ahead would be interesting to read.

I don't think there is a best 11, just an 11. As long as it doesn't include Trotter I'll be happy.
