I was surprised how they turn out when I first tried it. The flavour is lovely, especially the Mexican chicken one, and the chicken stays nice and tender. Would definitely recommend trying it.karlypants wrote:I was just going to ask if they are nice.Bwfc1958 wrote:That's the one. How was almost famous? I've seen pictures from when friends have been and the food looks amazing. Never heard a bad word about it.

Was good although a little confusing where the place was as the first floor (2nd floor is the burger joint & ground floor the cocktail bar) sells mexican food and sat looking at the menu for the first 10 mins wondering where the burgers were and had to ask if we were in the right place!
Played it safe and went for a triple nom burger as it was the only thing I understood on the menu as it seemed that some of the burgers came with frazzles and wasn't sure if that was the frazzle crisps, the menu is a bit weird.
The overall experience was good albeit the service was a bit slow but had a beer so wasn't that bothered.
Had a burger each and shared a side order of Redneck wings and waffle fries with pulled pork and to be honest I was getting full of just the burger and would have been enough with just standard fries to share.
They sell standard wings called "Pho-King" which I though was funny.
I was very tempted to ask for some "Pho-king" wings!
It is definitely worth a visit.
