Elf on a shelf anybody?

I do this for my kids.  We have two elves one for each.  They was warring with each other at first but now they seem to be working together to cause chaos.

Some of ours from this year

First one....wrecking the tree

Candy dangling buddy from the edge of the wreath

Buddy torturing the new comer tied up over a lit flame 

Came in together nice enough

Candy trapping buddy

I bet the kids can't wait to see what happens next!

I've not read this thread for some time, but have to say that these photos are really good. Inventive kids you have, and obviously enjoying it.  I'll have to start this with my grandsons when they're old enough, (might practice a bit first   )

Its us that have to be inventive gloswhite.  The kids think the elves are actually doing this stuff and then going back to the northpole every night to report on behaviour.

That's even better !  (I read it that they were competing as to who could do the best/newest one).

No, the elves are competing and being mean to eachother.  Apart from last night as they were hungry.

I nearly put them in one of my little girls dolls bed and made a fake fag for buddy to hold but thought better of it.

some of the adult ones are good...

One of the first years i did it i put him in a hot tub (tupperware filled with cotton balls) with a naked barbie:)
