Firstly, they didn't know there was even going to be a season 2 when they made season 1. Secondly, I did enjoy the series as a whole, but the last episode was a major let down and highly predictable. I thought it was going to be brilliant, especially as the Radio Times had it down as being in the top 20 tv endings of all time.

Oops! Didn't realise you hadn't got to that part yet Keegan! It comes totally out of the blue and you will still be shocked when you see it.

Two cracking films that are currently on iplayer for the week that I'd like to bring to your attention if you have not seen them before -

Sin City - a sort of a comic book presented film - full of comic book type violence and a few sexy girls thrown in for good measure!

I guess you will either love it or hate it - I love it!

http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b008m2f9/Sin_City/

The second film is the based on true story of the eccentric and barking mad Graeme Obree who took on the cycling world single handedly and won - not once but twice!

I know cycling stories won't rock many people's boat but the story if you don't know about it is well worth the watch in itself.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00lf6z7/The_Flying_Scotsman/

Hope you enjoy both films.

Anyone follow Great British Menu on BBC2 at 7.30pm. It's the north west this week. Chef Rogan from L'Eplume in Cartmel and Aiden Byrne from the Church Green at Lymm. The third chef, Johnny Mountain throws a wobbler tonight. Compulsive viewing for me. Chefs are very highly strung perfectionists.

I was just kidding - I don't have a box set to burn, but I did see Michael shoot Anna Lucia and Libby. The bastard! Very Happy

I never finished the series - it all started getting a bit too weird for my taste - 'Smoke Monster' et al. I'll finish it one day, though.

The weirdest character for me was the Kato Fong lookalike who ran the Dharma Initiative. More wooden than timber decking.

There were some terrible episodes, the one where Jack has sex with Bai Ling and gets a Tattoo for example.

Yes, and then her brother and his mates beat the shit out of him. And what did the tattoo mean ? The answer reminds me of someone on here.

The ending of Lost was about as unsatisfying an ending as you could have wanted.

Just terrible.

Honestly i'd have rather found out it was a junkie in rehab hallucinating.

The plot was so deep that they had run out of ideas. The episode where the plane was shown on the bottom of the ocean with all the skeletons on board was the biggest clue.

Thats kind of what i loved about it though, i didn't need an answer to every question, or a big summation.

Don't think they really needed to "go back" or "go back" to the 1970's either.

Lost started off ace, but quickly "lost" its way. The end was so poor it made me want to kill someone.

Anyone watch Fringe? That show has got better and better.

I thought Fringe was rubbish personally watched up until the episode where the bald guy appeared who could cause accidents with his mind.

It was just a poor, poor, poor mans X Files and i HATED the dad character.

Sorry Hipster but Nat is 100% right. The series was enjoyable but the final episode was rubbish. I can't go into detail without spoiling it for those who haven't seen it, but all the loose ends were not tied up, coincidence and timing were pushed beyond believable and the set up for the unnecessary second series is lame and predictable. And as for the hype about the twist ending making it one of the top 20 of all time - it's not!
