Not a massive fan of the Premier League (haven't been for a while - already well documented on here).
Because the cricket's finished early, I switched over to the Arsenal V Chelsea game to see what the score was.
Thirty seconds in, Costa gets fouled by Mertesacker and it's a red card.
(Fair enough, last man and all that.)
But his cause wasn't helped by Costa going down as though he'd been blasted through both ankles from point blank range with a 12 bore shotgun.
And doing that "roly - jumpy" thing they do now for about ten seconds.
And as soon as he saw Battenburg brandish the red card, he was up and running about like a two year old - miraculous, Jeff!
And then scored two minutes later......
I know they all do it and I know that it's somehow become accepted as "normal" and "acceptable" but I still think it's bollocks.
And that's why I turned the telly over and decided to watch something else.
Is it an age thing?
