In this very technological age, it is feasible to detect viewing, and listening, equipment, although I believe that most detective work is done by computers flagging up addresses that have had licences previously, or where a property is in a housing area. The days of the detector van aren't over though. However, Dennis is right in that a lot of the vans in years gone by did not have equipment in them, (although some did)

And yet the BBC have so far declined to say whether he will be sacked from the consumer show, you know, the show that highlights scam artists and crooks. Like Mr Penteado.
Mr Penteado was jailed for 12 weeks this morning, but still no comment from the BBC. Matt Allwright should resign.
