Since when have satsumas been a Christmas tradition? I must have lived a very sheltered life because I've never heard that before. I don't think I've been missing out though tbh.

To be fair they're in the shops all year now they weren't always. There's definitely a hole in the market for someone to bring out a tinned peeled satsuma.Bwfc1958 wrote:Since when have satsumas been a Christmas tradition? A hole in the market? Do you mean that there is a gap in the market?whatsgoingon wrote:To be fair they're in the shops all year now they weren't always. She's described as a "student teacher" in that piece.
I'm guessing that the fact that she's gone public with this story and appears happy to have her face splashed all over the web will mean that she's wasting her time bothering trying to become a teacher because I can't see too many heads being prepared to trust someone like her with the education of young impressionable minds.....
The daft cow.

Had a look at the new MacBook Pro today, and I was pretty impressed. Two and a half grand for a 15" laptop is a hefty sum,but I was sorely tempted.
I'd have to sneak it into the house under my jumper.

Boggers wouldn't join the Chummers.
He's always up for a laugh though.
That's one of the best scraps I've seen. Even better than my dust up at the ASDA check out.
Some old biddy tried saying my triple pack of beans constituted three items. I wasn't having it.
