Has anyone quit their job without another job to go to?

Luckily I have no debts which gives me the opportunity to quit. But its just the worry of how easy will it be to get another job right now? So many people out of work of late, students will have just graduated from university, etc - I hope I won't regret quitting.

I wish you well on your break and I encourage you to start the search for a new job right away - don't just sit back for a month or two, first. I see you already had an interview - give 'em hell next time!

Thanks Keegan. I certainly will be applying for everything that appeals from now on. The more I think about leaving, the more right it feels. It is time for a new chapter.
