Bolton Wanderers are delighted to announce the signing of winger Viv Solomon-Otabor on loan until the end of the season.

The London-born 21-year-old spent the formative years of his career honing his talents with Hampton & Richmond Borough and Crystal Palace prior to earning a scholarship with Birmingham City in 2012.

During his time as a youngster at St. Andrew’s, he also enjoyed a brief loan spell with non-league outfit Oxford City.

Earning his first professional contract two years later, he made his senior bow for the Blues against Gillingham in a Capital One Cup game in August 2015 and has since figured in a total of 30 first team games for the Midlands outfit.

He was also named as their Young Player of the Year last term, but the wideman will now spend the remainder of the season plying his trade at Macron Stadium.

I really don't like people with a double-barrelled name.

Common folk trying too hard to be posh.

Especially blokes who take their wife's name on and incorporate it into theirs.

Ridiculous.

..and if he marries a young lady who has done exactly the same thing as he has done then it 'll be quadruple-barrelled

And who is this guy anyway? I've never heard of him- and neither have most of you.

Ha, spot on! Absolutely pathetic and embarrassing.

We have a tosspot at work who announced, after 7 years of marriage, he was changing his name from Brown to Brown-Carpenter. I laughed out loud and 6 months later I still refuse to change his name on the telephone register. I've told him to get a Court order.

Double-barrelled names should be banned. Twats!
