I'm more worried about the NHS and other public services than chlorinated chicken but we'll see what concessions we have to make in order to get a deal with the US, however Trump has already made it clear that he is not happy with our current trade surplus so it looks like Boris will have his pants pulled down.

Ha ha.

Happy Brexit day everyone!!

I can see the dripping oozing repulsive arrogance and bitterness hasn't quite worn off yet!

Were all still "fick and racist" and voted to leave a trading block so that "brown" people "wud gaaoo haame"

Hint, this is why you keep losing elections.

All the best!

How does voting to leave the EU automatically make me a racist?

Voting to leave the EU doesn't automatically make anyone a racist but it is pretty obvious that all racists would vote to leave rather than remain in the EU.

Not necessarily true Xmiles.

If you remember ProfessorJohn Curtice who provided all the data for those who voted in the referendum and was regularly seen on TV poo-pooing us pro-Europeans, he yesterday produced another set of stats here which shows that the majority of the country want to remain in the EU, only 21% of the electorate reckon we'll be better off economically BUT....58% of the electorate feel that EU citizens should have to apply to stay in the EU in the same way that non-EU residents have to.
Stricter regulation of who comes into the country cannot be construed as racism, especially when you consider the rigorous criteria and protocols forgoing to e.g. Australia or the USA and many remainers including myself think that it's important to know who is here, that our services don't get even more swamped and, as in Australia, incomers would be able to pay their way and ideally make a positive contribution (as our EU workers did)
There are without doubt plenty of racists who voted for leave as they were under the delusion that it would prevent people other ethnicities who have every right to be here from coming in - and in some cases "repatriation" even if they were born here e.g. the 5th generation Asians in Accrington - but whilst the leave vote did include the majority of racists, many just wanted tighter border controls and some form of entry criteria other than free movement. Perhaps it was the thought of the 75 million Turkish people who were said to be moving in next door?

Not so i know someone who is a racist and says it is her right to like and dislike certain races for specific reasons and she is a remainer.

Paltrow's Goop products:

Gwyneth's wellness brand offers:

A £50 jade egg that women put in their vaginas, supposedly "to get better connected to the power within"; a "psychic vampire repellent mist" for £26 ; a gold vibrator necklace for £123 to use as an accessory and a sex toy.

All are presumably designed to prey on the public's gullibility, much as Brexit 's more outlandish  claims were designed to be swallowed by the populace....but how's that £350 million per week to the NHS coming along?

In truth, we have taken a gambler's leap of faith by leaving our closest trading partners and allies, and now we are trusting our government to secure great global deals within the year that follows. Confident?

All we can do is wait and see, and hope for the best

How can "wait and see and hope for the best" be interpreted as the words of a "doomster"?!

Nat, explain how my post is "sad".

It begins by reporting facts that you may not have seen before, and ends with a hope that Brexit turns out well.

It's not the post that's sad but your ability to read, comprehend and appreciate.

Another post banging on about how we're all stupid because we voted to leave.

Very similar to all your recent posts.
