Tricky as a vegan. I use Pure. I miss butter and cheese, but the health improvements are worth it.

Don't be too sad, Nat. It was a gastro problem that's left me pretty dehydrated, and I've been ordered to keep my musings on here down to a minimum for a while. Live matches are off limits too, so I'll be spending a lot of time in Finland.
But fear not, the doc has assured me I'll be playing the accordion within weeks, and this knowledge can only spur me on to a full recovery.
I'm living on Lucozade at the moment, but I'm getting there. Just the one visitor today.
