I have discovered instant Star Bucks... and its great! Qite pricy, but tastes like the real thing.

Before this I drank Kenco & Nestle? What are your faves and have you tried the star Bucks instants?

I'm not a big hot-drink fan. I hate tea! But when I drink coffee, I think the best is Carte Noire.

Don't drink coffee very often myself but my grandparents always used to have some of this stuff in the house, which I tasted one time. It was like sucking molten tar through a sweaty sock and probably put me off coffee altogether for a long time. Let's face it, the name alone would put most people off.

Coffee was rationed during the second world war because it was hard to get hold off. Camp coffee was the alternative. My parents drank it and so did I as a kid. You got used to it after a bit but it's not as good as the real thing.

Kenco Millicano is a great instant but it is expensive.

Ugh i thought that Millicano was the worst tasting coffee I've ever tasted.

If i have to have an instant i'd always go for Carte Noire.

I've never understood how Kenco is such a big player. It's rubbish.

My all time favourite was probably Maxwell House. The owner was the kind of guy who really knew how to wake up and smell the coffee.

I can not express on a messageboard how much I dislike coffee. The smell of it makes me spew.

Some people say... "corr bloomin heck you stink of garlic" but if they've had coffee I just spew in their face without saying anything. I don't think that I'm allergic to coffee it's just that I have taste buds on my tongue.

I do like tea and must have a cup first thing, if I don't have a cup then there's trouble brewing. I once threatened a so called boss because he was having a go at me for having a 'first brew'. Even the 7th Armoured Division in North Africa stopped for a brew.

Just trying this one at the moment 100% Colombian Kenco, its quite nice actually, better than the standard Kenco, but not as good as the Starbucks.
