Homeowners may get rights to Attack burglars

So homeowners may finally get right to protects what's theirs. I always found it stupid, that you could be punished for attacking a potential burglar whilst they were on your property.

A man's home is his castle. Woe betide any fcuking junky who enters my property in the wee small hours. You should be able to go to bed at night with your house all locked up safe in the knowledge that some smackhead can't break in during the night and take your property and possessions without a by your leave.
