The club was set in a depressingly downward spiral at that time. Only Hoppy remained of the '58 team whilst both Franny Lee and Wyn Davies, who with Freddie Hill had promised a lot, had been sold and I think we'd seen the best of Freddie by then.

It is very sad but why do people get these type of dogs and then leave them alone with children? Its asking for trouble.

Surely there have been too many of these cases for people not be aware of the problems with some breeds of dogs.
It's a cruel price to pay, I'm sure they will never forgive themselves.
