Yeah, he also seemed happy to grind a few results at Plymouth (can't comment that much on his time at QPR) - but he seemed to have an eye for a bit of flair even then, with Buzsaky and Halmosi in his side. It's interesting that he played defensively at QPR though - arguably shows that he's the kind of boss who arrives at a club and plays the way that suits his players, rather than has a fixed philosophy then, which is a good thing in my book.
