Ok next up is Reading, chances are we will get Royally battered, if I am wrong, I think Dougie knows his squads, and we will get promoted, if I'm right we get mid table at best.

Reading have some good players, hard one this, we could be 5 points behind Wigan already come Saturday tea time.

Id settle for a draw.

And if you didn't settle for a draw, what then?

Looking at our early season fixtures I was desperate for us to start the season in top gear, but it was not to be. I think Dougie sees it as a marathon rather than a sprint, which is fair enough, but these first couple of months are an opportunity to take points from the title contenders - or for them to take points from us giving us an uphill task for the rest of the season.
Maybe Dougie's tendency to play a  more attacking system at home will give us a bit of momentum? I hope so anyway.

This will probably be our toughest home game of the season, Nigel Adkins is a top manager and has shown with Southampton he knows what he is doing at this level.

I'd say a draw as I just can't see us beating them.

So after tonights performance do we expect Bogdan back, do we expect Dougie to stick with Andrews, or give Moritz a go, will Chungy be back, or will he stick with Hall, another move after tonights performance could see Mears reinstated, and Baptiste move to CB with Knight, thoughts.

Reading might be this season's Wolves. Who knows! We have to play to win.

Lonergan
Baptiste Wheater Knight Tierney
Lee Pratley Medo Hall
Ngog Beckford

would be my choice.

If Bogdan plays we lose , draw at best.

If he doesn't play we could win it , I'd personally sell him and have done with it.

I would be happy with that, is Eagles injured ?

I'd be surprised if he's available, Scott.

I'd just be happy if Bogdan was on the bench tbh.

I´d go with doffcockers side, looks solid, with an attacking threat.

I'd play,

Bogdan

Baptiste Wheater Knight Tierney

Medo Pratley

Lee Moritz Hall

Beckford

I don't like 442 with Pratley and Medo in the middle, too much sideways passing and without Eagles there's not enough creativity IMO. Medo and Moritz would allow Reading too much space in midfield so 4231 for me.

Moritz looked good when he came on tonight, some nice touches and wanted to get on the ball, if he's fit enough I'd like to see him start against Reading. Same for Hall, playing in a 4231 should give him less defensive responsibility give him the ball in front of him and his pace should trouble them, him and Lee should change sides to give them something different to think about.

Do we think odelusi will get a place in the match day sqaud? I think he'll have to settle for a place on the bench but I'd like to see him start, he's quick, direct and as we've seen tonight he has an eye for goal.

The new public announcer probably hopes Oulwasanmi Odelusi will be left out.

Heart says start Sanmi and Hall on the wings, head says Eagles and Hall. We'll see though.
Good to see weve made progress in 3 weeks. And fortunately Mears and Ream did okay which will give them confidence.

I've changed my mind, I think we'll raise our game and smash them all over the grass.
