Should Zat Knight go to the world cup ?

After watching the England game last night it had me wondering .

SKD has a cap, now Lambert ' Who did great' , can we expect a surprise call up to the world cup for our Zat.

Would you leave him in Bolton or take him to Brazil, afterall he is our captain now.

Its a longshot but you never know.

Why do they make England qualify. Their qualifying group is usually the absolute pits of football.
