Anyone been watching 'Remember me' with Michael Palin?
I've quite enjoyed it,despite the slow going, and a distinct lack of Michael Palin.

Anyone remember this Dennis Potter play?
One of the best I've ever seen on TV.

Finally managed to catch up with the Foo Fighters,Sonic Highways on BBC4. Brilliant.
I think I'd probably expire without BBC4. It's worth the license fee on it's own. Cool

Someone bought me a war film called 1914, cover looked good Quotes included "Better than Band of Brothers" " Best war film of the year" Bloody hell it was about one hour long included 5 Canadians in a trench wearing brand new uniforms yet suffering from trench foot it was bone dry FFS.

Singularly the worst film i have had the misfortune to watch, took 3 sittings despite only lasting an hour.
It was so shit i felt i had to watch it, finished with the troops (5 men ) going over the top like in Blackadder but a shit version, a bit of dirt was thrown up and it ended. i challenge anyone to finish this in one sitting, i hope others have suffered it left me scarred.

Must get this. I love very bad films.

Honestly, it was so bad I had to smash it up with a hammer to make sure it was dead.

One guy parachutes onto the lawn of his English girlfriend the day before D-Day just to pop in and say hello (as you do) and the house has got PVC double glazed windows and doors.

Truly, truly awful.

I even tracked down the writers and producer to where they were hiding at the Portland Independent Film Group and joined their website (at a cost of $3.99) just so I could give them some shit and beg them not to make any more films.

Watched this thought it was incredible, unbelievable what these lads and lasses went through out there, and with absolutely no purpose.

Just watched it on the iPlayer now.

Brilliant.

Next time some politician decides we're "sending the troops in" based on suspect intelligence reports, they should be made to watch that.

I don't like real stuff. Boring.

Homeland is ace, best series so far. It's not real.

you should try Prisoners of war if you like Homeland. Its an Israeli series and is what Homeland is based on. In my opinion it's much better than Homeland as well.

We'd already gathered that about you, based on the increasingly outlandish and bizarre claims made over the years, regarding your love life.

They might appear bizarre to some, but to most people these are the ups and downs of relationships.

I'm really looking forward to 'The lost honour of Christopher Jefferies' on ITV at 9pm. Bristols answer to Mr Teasy-Weasy who was much maligned in 2010 when he was prime suspect in the murder of a young woman who rented one of his apartments. Based on real events it should be good viewing.

I didn't realise that was tonight, looks good.

Also it's the last episode of The Strain tonight on Watch, really enjoyed it - looking forward to the 2nd series.
