Watching the pilot tonight - will post initial thoughts tomorrow.

Although, as me and Mr Pig are the same age, went to the same school, grew up round the corner from each other, have very similar taste in music and both know more about life's important stuff than Nat, I'm going with his recommendation.

Tinned Toms - You know it makes sense!

Watched a programme on channel 4 last night called 'don't look down'.

Basically it followed some 23 year old lad with a death wish. He climbs 100ft cranes and various bridges and buildings with no safety gear whatsoever and then just hangs on with one hand dangling over the city below. One slip and its curtains. Just watching it made me feel very uneasy and looking down from his head cam made my balls go funny - a bit like when you go over a hill dead fast (I know, but that's the best comparison I've got).

Scary stuff.

Yes some amazing shots. It does feel strange watching some of these scenes although the views are fantastic.

I'm just getting up to speed with this - awesome show, as you'd expect. Actually paused Episode 4 to come talk about how good it is. I honestly never got the name Saul Goodman until this episode.

Big Bang Theory is a favourite as well... got into it late and absolutely devoured the first six Seasons in no time flat.

Anybody watching Archer? It is a very funny animated spoof of James Bond stereotypes with some quite adult humour.

Godzilla (2014)

Utter, utter shite.

The original Japanese films from the 50's and 60's were bad but at least they were shite in a loveable, ironic, "man in a rubber suit knocking over cardboard buildings" kind of way.

This bollocks tries to pretend that it's a serious film.

The storyline is lamer than one of Boncey's Betting Thread selections ( Very Happy ) , the dialogue makes less sense than the UKIP election manifesto and the method of tackling the problem adopted by the 'Murican military after a quick conflab on a boat in the middle of the Pacific about half an hour in, that you can kill a monster that feeds off radiation by attacking it with.....(wait for it)........some nuclear missiles......is fucking stupid.

Damn you, Sky Movies.

I pays my cash and I deserve better.

Sort it!

Just show Fargo or Bladerunner again if you've nowt else in the pot....

It's primed for a sequel.

At least I know now not to bother watching any more offerings from this "franchise"....(hate that word.)

I've started the first season... very funny stuff. There are 9 seasons of it, I think - so what I've seen so far is "just the tip".

I have nearly finished season 1 of The Following. A bit far fetched but still watchable.
