Yes. Brother came round tonight with a big bag of Hula Hoops! How I laughed. Ice cream for now,can't be bad.

Had a spicy Thai salad for dinner tonight, it was yummy!

Can you not have one strand of spaghetti at a time Bonce ?  Might take a long time to have a meal though

Very funny! Might go with Bread and his blender suggestion. Me sucking spaghetti all night is never gonna be a pretty sight.

10oz Sirloin steak for me, from the village butcher, it look's fecking lovely.
I shall have it with fat chip's & pea's.
