Should prisoners be allowed to vote ?

I one one "lawyer"/activist who should be tested on - she was on Daily Politics at lunchtime and she is supposedly big when it comes to Human Rights - can't remember her name. But I bet her tune would change if anything ever happened to a member of her family - hopefully it doesn't by the way!
