I didnt know that Chorley played in the FA Cup yesterday. Chorley won 2-1 away at Peterborough United and are in the 3rd round of the FA Cup!!
Well done to them. When is the draw for the 3rd round?

Watching Rob Holding put in a very mature performance against Chelsea was bittersweet. He's growing into a top player.

Joey Barton sacked by Fleetwood after fallout  from Ched Evans rumpus.

I read in several papers that Evans is still looking for a move away even after Barton's been potted. Would anyone on here think he'd be decent for us?

He's already signed on loan to Preston for the rest of the season apparently.

Chorley are one up against Derby County in the FA CUP! Early goal from them.

Congrats to Chorley who are through to the 4th round after beating Derby County 2-0. An awesome result for them and one their fans will likely treasure forever. I for one hope they get a really 'big' club in the next round (with no disrespect to Derby) so they get the max money possible from TV coverage and sponsorships etc. Who knows, with luck they may even be able to have fans at the game by then but whatever happens I'm delighted for them.

I am just stunned by how weird the results have been all over football this season. Obviously the pandemic and no fans has some effect but even that doesn't really explain why there've been so many freak results. Congrats to Crawley of course and to Chorley and fingers crossed for Marine tonight but can anyone honestly say they'd have predicted the results we've seen so far?

Yep! But didn’t expect a great deal of action anyway tbh.

I turned over half way through the second half.

Yes it was dull but not quite as bad as the last Manchester derby, that was painful!

Amazing performance from Chorley, easily the better team and deserved more.
