Can we have a list of images that are approved for use please?

Only, my picture of Julian Assange has been deleted. (Now, that's irony, kids....)

And I really don't want to upset or offend anybody by choosing another one off the banned list, so if someone could publish the list of what we can have, I'd be obliged.

Why has it been banned?

I think he's seen as a trouble-maker in some quarters.

Some people don't like that kind of thing apparently.

They think he's a threat.

I noticed that avatar, Breadman - it was 1600 x 1600 pixels. The size and not the content is most likely why it was removed. Did you use a mobile to select it, by any chance?

I've no idea what's been going on, I've been out most of the day and only viewed the site a couple of times - so I've probably missed whatever is behind all this.

The only thing I can add though is that when I did view quickly this morning (via my phone) your avatar at the time was absolutely huge.

As far as I knew there is some 'limiter' for avatar's - so they don't blow everything off the 'page' when viewing - but for some reason or other your avatar didn't conform?

I noticed later that it had been changed and your new avatar seemed ok on my phone (no idea who it was - tbh I didn't really give it much of a look)

To answer your question though we don't have a policy on what you can/can't have as your avatar.

EDIT 2 - Damn, I see Bread as just replied to Keegs, whilst I was doing my first edit!

Listen guys, I'm not trying to stir up any trouble with this - I thought the Assange thing was just a harmless bit of fun.

However, somebody clearly thinks I'm up to some sort of Machiavellian no-good and decided to delete it without explanation.
