The issue was with that really huge one I saw yesterday, grey and black?

Nope, it wasn't that one.

That one got deleted early on yesterday and that was fair enough, I have no issue with that.

I logged in and saw it had been binned and replaced it with the one I've got now (Julian Assange).

But at some point yesterday, somebody deleted that one without explanation.

So I asked for clarification.

And Keegan very kindly reinstated it for me.

But I'm still none the wiser as to why it was binned in the first place.

And I don't think I'll ever find out why.....

Patently not true, Keegan (the Assange pic was fine right from the off) but hey ho, it's your site so if you want to perpetuate the myth that the Assange pic was too big and that's why it was deleted (even though that's a load of bollocks and is an outright lie), fair enough.

Wouldn't want another ban for daring to ask a genuine question about site policy, would I...?

I'm a little surprised that you had to re-size it because when I selected it as my avi yesterday morning, it slotted in perfectly the same size as it is now, so that's a bit weird.

And it sat there perfectly fine until someone spotted it and pressed the "Oh no, not on my site!" button and disappeared it to the gulag.

Which is no doubt where I'll wind up after this.

Let's cut the crap - we all know who did it and I just wish he or she would come on and explain why.

Sitting in the background and getting others to do your talking for you, whilst secretly pulling strings is what villains in B Movies do, not nice people on a friendly site like this one.

When I logged in yesterday your Avi was huge. All I could see was part of an arm and that was all. I can't see anyone having any reason to delete anyone's avatar unless it is vblatantly offensive, which yours wasn't.
