Liked his early stuff but he's become a bit of a ponce.
Don't feel violent toward him though. I feel there are others more suitable for a good arse kicking.

What?!
I've got a massive list of people due for a good arse kicking. Too many to mention.
Sir Bruce does not feature of course.
Ross/Brand......it's endless.
George 'I do it with mirrors' Osborne......

Sorry, KP but it is almost universally accepted as fact that U2 stopped being good after The Joshua Tree.
Round about the same time that Bono disappeared up his own chuff.
Bonce is spot on - Paul Hewson is a prick.

Quite right. The Joshua Tree was a great album. Still got it.Breadman wrote:karlypants wrote:boltonbonce wrote:Bono

But they seriously lost the plot.

I'm quite a fan of U2, most of it the older stuff but there were a few good songs from the album all that you can't leave behind.
Always wanted to go to the concert at Slane Castle he did a few years back now.
Can't really comment on Bono though TBH.

Those 3 definitely get my vote and you can add Clarkson to that as well!

I had a pair of brown suede Docs (shoes not boots - that'd be daft) when I was 17.
They were the bollocks!
Flat top haircut, white King Kurt t-shirt, checked shirt over the top, 501's with turn ups (precisely three times) and my "suedeys".
I was the coolest kid in North Bolton at the time - fact!
Edit: Wrong thread, this should be on the shellsuit / mullet thread. It's my age. I'm old now.....

Working 4 on, 4 off's a killer for that.
I spent two years not having a clue what day it was or what the date was.
It was horrible.

Off topic here, but there's a piece in the paper this morning on how to make your own creme eggs.
I'm home alone. Time on my hands.
How much mess could I make?
How long would it take me to hide the evidence?
I'm tempted.
Or would it be safer to simply buy some?

Buy some and save the hassle, you then have free time to look at pics of Brucie and day dream about him and his career!
