Phil happy at Southend and having some success there so doubt he'll accept the poisoned chalice. If Jimmy doesn't want the job then wonder if Nobby will leave Orient. It's going to take a strong willed person to motivate our shower.

Doesn't Browny still have his family home in Bolton? I think if he got the call he would find it very hard to resist

i would have liked him after Freedman KP but he's doing a decent job at Ipswich now so can't see him leaving them.

People have to be realistic, established Championship managers like MM aren't going to come here.
