I'm only shopping at Aldi and Lidl if they start selling vinyl records!

I don't think it'll be long before Morrisons go under.
My closest supermarket is a Morrisons but I hardly ever go, because it's shit.
There's nothing you can buy in Morrisons that you can't buy in Asda for cheaper and of a better quality.

You lot make me laugh, why eat shit in a supermarket when you can ring Abel and Cole and get the best organic foods dropped right on your doorstep.

I've seen them a few times near me and was going to try them. Are they any good?

It wont be long before they start putting the Coca leaves back in, just to maintain their share of the market.

Second Abel and Cole. Me Mum uses them in London and I use them when in Norfolk or Lincs. That's because my Mummy doesn't cook for me then. They have a great range and you don't have to buy a lorry load, just a box to suit your family.
As said, Morrisons are more and more becoming more like one of those Metro type stores.

Tinned Toms - You know it makes sense!
72 cans for 15 quid in farmfoods. Bargain.Natasha Whittam wrote:wanderlust wrote:There is very little that leaving the EU won't affect so if you want to have discussions about anything, you have to recognise that fact.
I thought this was going to be about supermarkets, and where the cheapest 8 pack of Pepsi can be bought.

And from Monday, especially for Bonce, a 1300w demolition hammer for £80.

As the old joke goes...
"What's 30 ft long and smells of piss?"
The till queue at Netto of course.
Well no more. The Danish discounter and Sainsbury's have called time on their partnership and all Netto's stores in the UK will close next month.

Following on from the demise of Netto, ASDA have just announced the biggest quarterly drop in sales on record (7.5%) which won't please American owners Walmart. Story here,
They have already shed hundreds of jobs at the Leeds headquarters and Chief Executive Andy Clarke is stepping down to be replaced by the Walmart guy in charge of Chinese business.
Something of a surprise this as the warm weather generally boosted retail sales last month so I guess there must have been a shift in buying patterns in July e.g. buying summer clothes and BBQ stuff - however the ASDA figures cover the whole quarter since the referendum as opposed to just last month.
