I've had a notification from APPLE SUPPORT about LEGACY SYSTEM EXTENSIONS.

Have you recently had one too?  Can we assume that Bitfinder will update their software to be compatible with future versions of macOS.

Don't worry about it. My AV gets the same notification when it updates. Apple are a bit funny about third party applications running on their software. It's just their way of making sure this third party software is kept up to speed.
It's all about 'kernel extensions' which won't be supported by macs in future, but the AV players have it in hand. Nothing to be concerned about.

Another thing, what are Relocated items that pop up after each update.

Can I ditch them?

I send them to the trash. They're just old files and data from previous mac installations.

Don't laminate it mate. Frame it. Lamination makes the autograph worthless on the autograph market.
