If there is anything remotely bizarre in all of this it is people not understanding or comprehending that as much as you may hate and despise the man, he doesn't appear to have done anything other than what he entitled to in law.

He's not going to throw away a few millions of his entitlement just because you, me and several thousand others follow a football club he owned.

The club may be on its arse but the man holding up the process is only protecting his own financial position and he has every right to do so.

A similar example is I don’t think anyone has the right to use aggressive tax avoidance schemes. They’re on the right side of the law, but I think the people who do that are cunts. You’d probably applaud them for their ‘business sense’ AKA being wealthy enough to afford to pay financial advisors who do it for them.

We all have different moral standpoints unfortunately, and your Intolerance of others is getting ridiculous. Supporting a football club is an emotional investment, so stop patronising and attacking anyone who disagrees with you.

It's not what I think that counts.

Nor what you think for that matter, or anyone else.

The only arbiter of this is that of the law.

And that's why I keep drawing everybody back to that point.

That's not me patronising, that is the reality of the world we live in.

Life may well not be fair but the law is the best we've got to live it by.

And do you really think Anderson has done anything wrong with two sets of Administrators and the ten forensic accounts pouring over the books for all this time and with whatever actions he's done/been doing since then with his business under High Court control, with him, EDT, PBP, Rubins, Quantana all having their own separate legal advisors no doubt watching each others like hawks?

I know he's your mate but I refer you to posts 330 to 403 on this very same thread from just three weeks ago - covering everything he's tried to troll me on again!!!

What's the point really other than for his own amusement - and possibly/probably yours too?

The sites how it is because I'm extremely reluctant to ban people and instead of nipping Bread, Wanderlust and Troy abuse/games in the bud at the start, I let them go on and on and on for over three years each in respect of the first two before my patience finally snapped.

I regret I didn't do it years sooner but I never imagined in my wildest dreams that people would rather fuck the site up to just have a pop at me and fuck everybody else, for over three years - and for why - something they didn't agree with me on an internet forum - how rational is that???  Christ I've even still got Wanderlust personally abusing me on Wways and the last time I'd heard anything about Bread was having his account from Twitter deleted for about the ninety-ninth time for his abuse to others - anyone really think that's truly normal behaviour?

I've offered you a chance to come back as an Admin but you completely ignored it - I don't blame you really, we are just on a hiding to nothing all the way round.

Nothing good to report about the club, true fans turned off from it all and no longer following the club even on forums like ours and those that do show their face have nothing good to say about anything much.

I'd hoped for a fresh beginning at the season start for the club and the forum but got neither.

Not a good time for anything much really - certainly not for deliberate trolling on something already done to death less than 20 days previously.

He's been banned for the day for having the temerity to not agree with Sluffy and the only person taking the fun out of this site and killing it is Sluffy as well.

Liquidation this week:

At 5pm on Friday August 23, the completion of the sale of the football club and the hotel had been agreed by all parties and undertakings had been issued by all solicitors except those of Ken Anderson.
Devastatingly, on Saturday morning that deal collapsed. At this stage, there seems little point in apportioning blame because that makes no difference to the staff, players, management, supporters and the community who have once more seen their club taken back to the brink.

My team have spent the last 48 hours working around the clock, striving to get a deal back on track and trying to convince the parties still in conflict that the very fate of Bolton Wanderers depends on them finding a compromise.

The EFL have made their position clear by insisting on a 5pm deadline on Tuesday for a deal to be completed or give compelling reasons for an extension. They have also written to everybody concerned in the process to underline that sense of urgency.

On Sunday evening, there was some tentative dialogue but we are still some way from reaching a solution. Therefore, I am appealing to those parties whose position seems intractable to do everything to reach a compromise.

In just over 24 hours, the club will have its membership of the EFL revoked. Over and above that, the club is currently not in a position to carry on trading and, as such, the process of closing down the company will commence on Wednesday.

This will ultimately lead to its liquidation, the expulsion of the club from the EFL and the inevitable loss of over 150 jobs. More than that, it will devastate a community for whom the football club is a beacon of hope and expectation.

I reiterate, unless there is a change of position from any of the parties involved, the process of closing down the club and ultimately placing Bolton Wanderers into liquidation will begin this week.
