In this case we get what we voted for.

Knowing your track record on the 'Brexit' referendum it wouldn't surprise me in the lease that you did personally voted for them.

"A gentle reminder - please keep this one thread free of Brexit and politics, etc, thank you - this is for the oldies like me, who don't want to wade through loads of stuff to find information that might be personally of importance to us."

It was a joke in reply to someone who had already made the political statement.

As you full well know.

Hope you haven't caught it mate and that you have support throughout all of your lockdown and beyond/

As for the gym thing, that was a concession requested and negotiated between Lancashire and the government whereby they produced details of how they were already Covid proof in the measures they had taken and how they would continue to police them, whilst Merseyside could not/did not have in place.

The government handling of this is not the best by a long chalk but political point scoring from Labour from the beginning under Corbyn and now under Labour led Liverpool/Merseyside and Manchester/Greater Manchester really makes things worse in the public perception and little wonder why many do what they please.

I read a quote from Sturgeon they other day in which she said something like 'I don't care if you like me or you don't just as long as you have confidence in what I say'.  The problem is now that no one does with Johnson and even the good stuff that he's been saying such as social distancing, keep in bubbles, wear masks inside, etc has been lost now because of it and that why everyone not giving a fuck has brought the second wave on.

We get what we deserve unfortunately.

Take care though Wessy.
Cheers so far so good, more worried for my Mum who is 88 she was also a contact. Will be a long week.

So the handling of the coronavirus and how it affects people's lives isn't a political matter?
News to me.

Just for the record, I'm not interested in the opinion of any of you on this topic, so I don't bother reading them.

Oh and I get it alright, you don't have to worry about that.

Yep and i'm absolutely sick of it.

I'm not bothered about his obsession on Dale Vince, ED or Anderson as he can post what he wants and if people are interested then they will contribute to his conversation on it. I

It's about his pissy attitude with his sly little digs and sniping against fellow members and one or two members on here can't seem to see that!

How dare he have a pop at an NHS worker about how much time he is spending on here. What if Norpig comes on here for the odd few minutes he has free in his work time to let off a bit of steam so to speak due to the pressures and stress that has been brought on from the virus.

NHS staff get abused far too much in my opinion and it's not on!

I don't think pointing out your hypocrisy is laugh out loud funny, but i'd like to think you could not take yourself too seriously for a second and acknowledge it.

Clearly not though.

I don't see myself as an hypocrite though, so it isn't funny to me.

You and everyone else on here are free to judge me however you like, make whatever cracks you want, doesn't mean I agree with them though nor tacitly accept what is said without giving a lie to them.

If you or anyone else thinks I'm not fair then that's up to you/them because as far as I'm concerned I play it straight and will continue to do so.

If you are so honest and straight try providing evidence to back up your absurd allegation that this is a fake account or explain why you banned me.

It’s impossible to look at my original post and not see my point here. You’re free to react to it how you like but when it’s written in black and white there’s no point in denying it.
