Assuming his salary won't be above the average so if we have to make a "big money" signing today maybe it will be Nathan Delfuoneso - although he's not been that prolific - not even a 10 goals a season striker over his career.

 Not up my nose but i did partake in a lot of recreational drugs back in the day
