RIP Rammy - it totally passed me by that he was no longer with us, and the fact that he thought of us here on Nuts before he passed really brings a little moisture to the old tear ducts.

It would be wrong if I didn't pop in and check on you Boncey, hope you are well and haven't been in A+E to much this past year. Anyway, I've left a new pair of slippers by the stairlift and some custard creams by the picture of a naked Bruce Forsyth on the mantlepiece. Enjoy. Enjoy.

Dutch Decoy has been declared a NON-RUNNER at Kempton this evening, as he did not eat up this morning. Mark Johnston says that he will keep a close eye on Dutch Decoy, but he is not concerned and Dutch Decoy appears very well otherwise.

Saw some lads this morning doing some high jump training on the playing fields, and was pretty impressed.
I'm no expert on the Fosbury flop, but it looks difficult. Oh to be young again.
Named after Dick Fosbury, I think they were wise to use his surname.
The Dick flop would have been less than satisfactory.
