Shouldn't that testimonial be Cajunboy?
But in the competitive world of TWERPS, Wyre Twerp barely qualifies as a pygmy compared to giants like Norpig and y2johnnny.
Johnny only has two n's.
Maybe look in the mirror

Just had a few sweet dried figs as well which taste nice as long as you don't look at them too closely, they resemble a shrivelled up anus
Well done KP, keep it up matekarlypants wrote:
Glad to hear you are still on the new healthy eating regime.
I've been rather quiet since my last post in here due to giving in on a couple of occasions where I had a food and booze binge which was incredibly naughty.
I had severe cravings to eat real shitty fods such as the usual pizza, kebabs, burgers and fries all washed down with the usual beers and red wine.
This lead me to put on 2.6lbs last week.
Since then I have managed to not only lose this weight but also lose more which means I lost 4lbs bob on which makes me much happier.
Total loss now currently stands at 19.8lbs.
It's now time to focus on getting beach body ready!
Life is too short Boncey, give it up as a bad job and go and buy some cheeseboltonbonce wrote:Going from Veggie to vegan hasn't been as simple as I thought. I've been told to take extra doses of vit B12, D, and C. I'll start rattling soon.
Don't tempt me. I'm losing the weight as well. It's getting so bad I'm reading every label to check for vegan purity. Some dried milk used in a particular biscuit nearly got past me last night, but I was on to it just in time.Norpig wrote:

Weights not changed much but i do feel better to be honest. I'm going to start walking to work now the weathers better. It's around a 30 minute walk so should do me good.karlypants wrote:Another 1.2lb dropped after my Monday morning weigh in.
How you doing Mr. Pig?
Not embarrassing at all, Norpig. Most people need help with everyday life but won't admit it, even to themselves.Norpig wrote:Well things have gone backward lately, my symptoms have flared up last night due to stress at work. Both my bosses have put me under pressure to get a massive piece of work completed but expect me to do this whilst still doing my normal job.
I could tell last night this had triggered my fatty liver symptoms and i was up half the night. Feeling down at the moment as whilst my job job has always been stressful i don't seem to be dealing with as i have been doing in the past. I actually feel a bit embarrassed admitting i'm stressed which i know is stupid.
I know where you're coming from. I had a similar problem when we were being pushed to do two jobs in the time we normally did one. And the two jobs were nine miles apart.Norpig wrote:Well things have gone backward lately, my symptoms have flared up last night due to stress at work.
