“There’s no way Foden should be leaving the pitch today… you’ve got Sancho on the bench - 15 goals and 20 assists a season - and he doesn’t even get on. We need to create… I’m embarrassed for us today.”

Let’s just remember that Gareth wants to finish 2nd in the group to avoid the best teams. A draw against the Czechs will see his plan through.

Another awful performance, Gareth once again displayed that he is out of his depth at international level.
We lost this game in central midfield where Scotland bossed us for 90 minutes. Rice is a decent enough player but hasn't got a forward pass in him. Kalvin Phillips did ok against Croatia but last night was completely anonymous from the first minute. Henderson should have played, he is the only central midfield player we have who drives forward, and can actually pass forward as well.
But fook me, our so-called attacking players were dire. Kane looked unfit and shite. Stirling simply isn't an international player, how many times did the ball bobble away from him? Mount proved once again he is nowhere near as good as the hype. Foden did ok, but again his first pass is backwards, something he never does at City.
And the fooking crossing! I haven't seen such poor crossing since I last watched Bolton. How many times did Mount put his corner on the head of the first Scottish defender? How many times did James do the same when "crossing" from the right.
The ridiculous preparation for this tournament (let's pick players not in the squad!) has come back to bite us on the arse.
Gareth out.

Enough is enough.
I'm not going to waste anymore of my life away dealing with you and your mental health issues.
Good bye.
And before everyone else kicks off ask yourself the question do you think this shit will ever stop otherwise?
Someone has to put an end to this and I finally have.
I have to say that this seems a little harsh, Sluffy. It's your site and you clearly stated the rules to Lusty but I think it only fair that they should apply to everyone.
Bonce's "Porridge Pounders" description of the Scottish went without mention but I can only presume that it suggests that the Scottish like to fuck their warm breakfast of a morning. Surely no worse than what Lusty had to say about the Welsh.
Karly's "Garlic Gnome" description of French President Macron could also be deemed as very offensive to some, especially those of us with French relatives. But again, it wasn't even mentioned.
Nothing against Karly who clearly works hard to keep the site running and Bonce who is an extremely entertaining and very valuable Nuts poster. My only agenda is to point out the double standards and to say that I think Lusty's contributions will be sorely missed here.

Well two things really.
If you can point me in the direction of any of the above that have led to a direct prosecution then I'd be more than happy to warn Bonce, Karly or anyone else to stop their use of it - which, if you care to remember was all that I was actually asking from Wanderlust.
Secondly I very much doubt I would have to ask Bonce, Karly or anyone else SIX times to desist from continuing to do so - and STILL they refused to do so.
You might think me to have double standards, maybe I have although I don't believe it so myself but I'm not wasting my life away on people who for whatever reason they have wish to troll/defy/be deliberately awkward/obtuse/belligerent/bloody minded/scoring points/trying to be smart/avoid admitting he was wrong/ playing to the crowd/trying annoy me, or maybe even attempting to make my life a misery or whatever the fuck he was doing over a simple request to 'please' stop saying something that IS in fact something that someone was indeed PROSECUTED for.
I'm sorry if you will miss Wanderlust's contributions on here, however maybe you might have seen him in an entirely different light if he was trolling/defying/being deliberately awkward, obtuse, etc, etc, etc, to you on a daily basis when you simply ask him to 'please' comply with the few site rules we actually have on here, namely the one about not breaking the law.

I couldn't help noticing, on the Robin's Nest site last Saturday, that one of the posters abused another by calling him a 'prick' with some other offensive adjective to add colour but leading to an outbreak of internet handbags. All offending posts were removed, the next day I think, by the mods.

Robins Nest is the forum of Cheltenham Town FC, Boncey. They have a poster called Royal Cheltenham Spa (RCS) who may share some of your views but, quite unlike you, seems devoid of any SOH. He thinks that because some folk in big business 'tweak' their accounts everyone in business is up to no good so why pick on Dale Vince?boltonbonce wrote:

Another poster CTFC-fan thinks RCS is a 'prick' and is one of several who wanted to know more about 'stale mince', Egotricity and FGR's financial dealings.

Ah, I'd assumed you'd become enamoured of the 70's sitcom of the same name, starring Richard O'Sullivan, who played a cafe owner. He also employed a one armed dish washer, the gloriously Irish, David Kelly.Ten Bobsworth wrote:

Never took to it myself, but it was popular at the time.
With regard to this Cheltenham Spa chap, he's probably typical of a lot of lefties I know. Big on slogans, thin on ideas.
And don't get me started on my fellow vegans.

I had never taken to Ever Decreasing Circles but now when I watch it, as I occasionally do with Lady B, it was really very good.

Not my purpose so I won’t bother but it’s highly unlikely that Lusty describing the Welsh as “sheep mitherers” or “ovine-phile” could lead to prosecution without further context because neither indicate the intention to actually penetrate sheep.
You’ve made your decision and also stated other reasons for banning Wanderlust so I’ll drop it. I just think it could have been resolved differently.

Do you think the bloke who used the phrase 'sheep shaggers' was prosecuted for the "intention to actually penetrate sheep"?
Of course he wasn't it how he used it as an insult that is now no longer deemed acceptable.
Yes maybe Wanderlust didn't use the exact words, nor used them in a derogatory meaning but if he had used the 'N' word in a semantic jocular way, would that have been acceptable?
Well would it?
I asked SIX times over TWO WEEKS for him to pack it in.
He was never going to do so was he???
I stated my exact reason for his ban at the time.
Enough was enough.
He brought the ban upon himself.
Maybe one or two of his mates who are seemingly attempting to make me out as the bad guy here, should have had a quiet word with him, asked him to be reasonable, to stop wumming me (if you really though that was all it was), to pack it in, to let it drop - but non of you did, did you?
It certainly wasn't me that acted unreasonably here, so don't make out that I've turned him into some sort of a martyr.
He fully deserved what he got and I have no regrets having done so.
As I said at the time...
