Are you sure it's not this latest covid variant going round Bonce?
I am just coming out of it now after having it since the start of Christmas and my mum still sounds rough with it today. Lot's of phlegm coming up along with fatigue and having periods of high fever along with muscle aches.
We did a couple of tests but came back negative but has to be covid.
Hope you feel better soon!

No real sign of a cold, just the odd sniffle and bouts of exhaustion. Just keep falling asleep. Must be like watching Wigan.
Probably miss the game Saturday and watch online.
This getting old business is pissing me off!

I bet the fans were still fuming at him though.

Ocado don't sell Lincoln Biscuits. I'm going to have to shop elsewhere.

Just had a couple of vegan sausage rolls and nearly burned my tongue off. Not my week, what with the flu, a black eye and now tongue issues.

Pretty much. I'm swanning about the house in a big fluffy dressing gown, and a Wanderers beanie.karlypants wrote:

Just found out my sister-in-law's 87 year old mother had a fall at home today, and it looks like a broken hip. She's in a lot of pain.
The NHS operator said she'd have to wait about four hours for an ambulance.
It's bloody shameful.

It’s not right is it.
The NHS is a nightmare especially for older folk.
It makes you feel they just don’t give a shit.

My old mum broke her hip in 2017, and had much better luck. Ambulance took about forty minutes, and she had a hip replacement operation the next morning. She's doing ok now, despite being pretty much housebound, but it seems pot luck when it comes to treatment.karlypants wrote:

Things have to change. That wartime generation deserve better than this.
